Drawmetrics is an Unbiased AI-Powered Neural Analytics that identifies a person’s values, belief systems, current professional and personal relationships, not just personality. It is the only assessment of its kind in the world currently. Drawmetrics uses a drawing methodology that cannot be gamed nor manipulated at all compared with conventional questionnaire and grading scale psychometrics. Its application is very wide ranging including values screening of candidates to reduce Talent Attrition & Increase Quality Hire, Co-founder Matching, Conflict Prediction & Prevention and even Dating Apps.

We are building a software that can identify, predict and prevent Human Conflict at work and at home in real-time. Our first use case application would be to use a feature call @Fast Drawmetrics that can screen thousands of people (not resumes) in a day to determine if they should be even interviewed based on their personal values, such as honesty, ethics and trustworthiness.
