Consumers expect more personalisation and tailored offering from their banks and building societies, but traditional consumer financial service providers are unable to personalise their digital services resulting in lower customer engagement and reduced cross-selling opportunities.

To solve this problem, we are building a white-labelled AI, cloud and API-based solution using open banking data to help banks and building societies deliver personalised experiences through their apps and websites to their end-customer that foster deeper engagement and drive revenue growth.

With the rise of FinTechs disrupting traditional financial services, there is a significant market opportunity both in the U.K. and globally. In the UK itself there are around 73 retail banks and over 100 million current account holders across various banks and building societies who could directly benefit from a more personalised approach by banks. As a founding team, we have over 3 decades of cumulative experience building and selling financial products and developing technology in banks such as Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.

About us:

We are pivoting from a B2C model to a B2B2C model. We have already developed a compelling B2C proposition and conducted real-world testing with end consumers. Our next milestone is to further develop and repurpose our existing technology stack for B2B2C. We have raised some angel funding and currently raising again.

About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on technical co-founder, someone who is willing to develop the code base and provide technical direction to the business. To further propel our vision, we are looking for a highly skilled full-stack developer with experience in the finance industry (preferably) and prior experience in early-stage startups (preferably). You will be responsible for leading the further development of our existing technology and have a client-centric approach to development.

As a technical co-founder, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic decisions and shape the product roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a crucial stage of our journey and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory. In terms of technical skills-set we are looking at – python, react, a strong understanding of AWS architecture, and experience with micro-services.

This will be a UK based role, preferably in London, with remote/hybrid working.

Offer and expectation:

• We will offer equity + salary (upon completion of the current fundraising). Both negotiable.
• Commitment can start part-time with an expectation to join full-time upon completion of the fundraise.
